An autoresponder is similar to a fax on demand system. Your prospect sends you an
e-mail to your mail account

immediately, and then sends them a sequence
of e-mails automatically. This means that you sales messages

do prospects get my messages?
They will either send you and e-mail over the Internet or request
information from a form on your web site. It's easy to set
up. We provide you with all the HTML code to paste to your
site. Everything else is automatic.

I personalize my messages?
Absolutely, you can have the system automatically enter the
prospects first or last name or both in the subject line of your
response or anywhere in the body of the message. You place
codes in the message just like mail-merge works in a word processor
system. This feature alone will explode the response you get
from your marketing.

I send HTML messages?
Yes, HTML messages are fully supported. You will be able
to send very professional looking messages with any
HTML formatting you like. Just enter your messages in Text and

recipients email capability.

do I set the system up?
You will use a menu driven point and click web based control
panel. It is very user friendly.
All of the forms are set up to easily create your outgoing messages
and there is detailed help throughout the system.

my prospect information kept on the system?
Yes, all the information sent to your autoresponder is kept
in your personal database. You and only you will be able to
access the information in your database.

Yes, you can send special messages outside your regular email
follow up sequence (such as one-time special offers, late-breaking news,
conference calls, etc.)

No, you cannot send any unsolicited e-mail with this system.
If the prospect did not specifically request your information, you
cannot send them e-mail. Furthermore, you cannot use
your SuperSponders.com address as a reply to address in any SPAM. Please read the

Can
my prospects be moved from one responder to another automatically?
Yes! If you have our Gold or Platinum Account, which have multiple
responders, you can have current subscribers fill out a form to join a
new campaign - they will be added to a new autoresponder account and
deleted from a previous account. This is a great feature to move
prospects from "just looking" lists to "customer"
lists, or to provide different series of training to distributors,
etc.

How
many messages can I send per autoresponder?
Our Silver can send 20, and Gold accounts can send 50
messages per responder and our Platinum can send an UNLIMITED number of
messages!

the system expensive to use?

Can
I use the system with my FFA marketing?
You cannot use your autoresponder address
as the reply to address because all of the FFA Responses will create
a loop of mail going back and forth. This may cause the server
to crash which is in violation of the
User
Agreement. You could however place the autoresponder
address in the body of your ad. Please be very careful as any violation would cause your account to be
canceled and you may incur possible monetary damages.

Are
my lists and data safe?
Absolutely! Unlike other services we do double back ups.
The server is backed up everyday and we back up your data off of
the server every week as well.

Can I Import
email list into the responders?
Sorry! But due to abuse of auto-responder systems we no
longer allow imports into the responders. You can build your
list safely by using the forms provided. You can manually add emails
to the responder but no imports.
